Soft top frame help

I need some guidance and help with the purchase of a new soft top.
I bought a 99 tj a year ago and the top is in really bad shape, hardware and all. On top of that a limb hanging over a busy street in my town clipped the top passenger side of the the frame bending it back. (Lawyer just got me a check for $650 from property owner for damages)

I need to buy all new frame and hardware and a top. Is rugged ridge factory replacement and bestop factory replacement frame the same.
Is there a huge difference in rr, quadratop bestop etc.
What about bestop trektop?

Jeep is DD right now until my suburban is out of shop. Any advice would help.
I really would like to stay under 1500

RR quality sucks and factory frames are expensive, unless you find a used one on craigslist or Ebay. Your best bet IMO is this.

or FB marketplace OE tops go for 200-500 around here depending on condition. aftermarket tops go even cheaper.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I’m leaning towards. Does a car seat still fit in back seat with trek top on?

also, what looks better I have Forrest green Jeep, black Diamond or black denim. Is material different or just Color?

The back seat still has the same headroom because it fits over the rollbar. Black diamond is darker and usually the thicker sailcloth material. I had that top on my 03' Sahara. The flip back sunroof feature is really nice. It takes just a minute or two to flip it back.
