Soft top window help

I ordered a replacement side window for my factory 2001 soft top from Bestop back in March. I received it today. My old side window has the zipper pull attached to the window for the driver side. The new replacement they sent me does not. According to my research, 97-02 soft tops has the zipper pull on the driver window and the zipper pull on the passenger side is attached to the top. Can anyone with a factory top from 97-02 verify this as correct?

Edit: I called Bestop. I'm #46 in the que, so I left a call back. Wish me luck.

Mine is a Quadra tech top so not sure if it’s the same as best top, but I have a zipper pull on drivers side and no pull on the passenger side.

Mines a ‘98. Again not sure if best top and Quadra tech use the same design or not.

Just got a call back from Bestop. Good news and bad. The good, they are sending me 3 new windows, but not tinted, to get me by, and ordering the proper driver side window, tinted, which will be another 2 months. I'm sure it's all about what they have left in stock for the TJ. Guess that's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. Either way, it'll be nice having new windows so I can put the top up when it's 109* out, which is forecasted later this week.

Hell if I know, I just took a box cutter to mine yesterday just to get the windows out! lol

That is correct. If you're paying for the windows, everyone has them in stock. Ebay, Amazon and many others. No need to wait for anything.
