A few years ago I hit my head on the CB that was mounted above my head on the roll cage, so I decided to do something about it.
1 - Since I never really listen to the radio that much I removed it and placed my CB in the spot where the radio goes.
2 - I purchased a Kenwood RC-M1824BT Bluetooth amp so I can listen to music, off my phone or iPad, over the speakers in the Jeep. It has a nice remote for all functions that I mounted on the roll cage. I did have the option to listen to my CB through it, but I found the sound from the small CD speaker was more direct and clear.
3 - The mini-iPad mount has been there for quite a while using MotionX-GPS for all navigation.
