I am a disabled person. And not that I can not pickup my 33/12.50R15 tire and rim. But holding it up long enough to line it up becomes a problem. So here is what i came up with. I took a 11/4 pipe floor flang and a 4" 11/4 nipple. And attack them centered beween the studs i had to nuoch the bottom mounting hole to get it to lay flat. I used stainless steal screws and lock nuts to attach it. This gives me a place to rest the wheel on so i can line up the studs. No more holding it up.

Here is the almost finished project. I want to add a cap and paint black.

I typically roll the tire onto my steel toes and use my foot to help with the alignment. I used to play with European cars as well they don't have studs and you often needed a 3rd hand.
