Doesnt happen when:
Rev the engine
after car is warmed up
over 30miles per hour

I replaced the Idle Pully and the Tensioner pully. - Still is happening
New belt comes tomorrow

U joints for the drive shafts coming? That would be the first thing I'd inspect based on your description.

Open up the engine compartment and give a listen to the passenger side of the engine.
The OPDA bushing is known to go bad on the 05/06 model years which produces a squealing noise.
IF this is the problem; you want to replace the part sooner than later....
CROWN has the upgraded bushing installed.
You can purchase a CROWN replacement on Quadratec.

Get a squeal in an 05/06 change the OPDA regardless is my thought as well :)

I'm thinking if it's triggered by the vehicle being in motion, I'd focus on chassis/ drivetrain/ brake parts rather than engine components.
