Try this....https://wranglertjforum.com/attachments/1997-1999-tj-parts-list-pdf.14032/ and look for Figure 019-210 You may find some parts are discontinued by Chrysler and, in some cases, aren't available aftermarket. Their is even a TSB about it. -Mac PS I wonder if cutting off a shock boot end would approximate that seal?
