Did a 2" lift on my TJ 8 months ago and had alignment after that. I'm now starting to get the wobble at around 55 mph. Checked linkage and looks like the tie rod end on the drag link needs replaced. I have 215 thousand miles on my TJ.
Now my question is should I just replace it or since I have added the 2" lift should I upgrade all the linkage to match the lift?

Upgrade the linkage to match the lift? What do you mean by that?

If it was me, I would replace the worn steering setup with the ZJ Tie Rod Conversion. An affordable upgrade that a good majority of us do.

What else up front has 215k miles? All of it contributes to the stability and tightness. Also, are the tires balanced?

A speed sensitive shimmy/wobble like you described is nearly/pretty much always caused by an imperfectly balanced front tire. Even if recently balanced, not many shops will spend the time to provide a balance better than what is "good enough" for smaller car tires but not good enough for big Jeep-size tire.
