Steering wheel bump (with no noise)

I'm getting a bump in the steering wheel while turning and can't figure out what is causing it. Originally I thought it was a bad track bar bushing but it's still doing it after being replaced. It's not audible (at least for my old ears) but I can definitely feel it in the steering wheel. Any ideas? Tie rod ends all seem ok from what I can tell

Check the steering dampener attachment points and TRE clamps to ensure they are not coming in contact with other steering components.

Also do your dry steering check with a helper

Hmm interesting about the dampener. That was replaced shortly before it started.

I did but didn't see anything. I'll have to check again
