Steering wheel won't align. Easy?

To be fair, I had mine aligned before I knew how simple our front ends are and that I could just, ya know, do it with a few pieces of angle iron and a tape measure. Live and learn!

I went to an alignment shop when I bought my first TJ. The alignment guy had me come into the shop and showed me how to do it myself and only charged me $20. I haven't paid for one since.

Bringing this back to life unfortunately.

I think I made a big boo-boo when installing my gearbox. I thought that maybe I got a bad box because I still had slop but I’m fairly certain it’s my fault.

I think when I did some adjusting during the install I mis-aligned the gearbox. How would you go about fixing it. I have a new Lares. I’ve read in their site that if you don’t keep it aligned during the install that there will be slop.

I know there are dots but…
