sticky steering wheel question

I have the sticky steering wheel issue, i have tried all the cleaning tips, but it seems to come back a few days later. I was wondering if anyone has tried Lane's Wheelskin cover? I would also appreciate any other solution as well.

I put one of these on and it turned out great. Very nice quality leather and less expensive. Putting it on is a tedious process, though.
