Strap Keeper on Door - TJ

What is the strap keeper on the door called? I am missing one and can't seem to find a replacement. I have the pins (on body)...... it's the door hardware that I need. Any links on where to purchase or hacks you can recommend?

Almost.... this is the part on the frame. Top reply found it
