Subwoofer replacement

Anyone replace stock console subwoofer with Kicker Comp RT, without upgrading amp, etc? Looks like just slight mod required to fit. What were your results please? Pretty decent price, $70

I have done it. Not to bad to do just have to trim inside box to fit. Gives me plenty of bass, but I am old also..

I can hear my radio at 70 mph with the top off. I did upgrade to the bigger sound bar speakers.

All of my speakers were blown when I purchased so I upgraded the whole sound system. I used Crutchfield and definitely recommend them. Like I said before, even with everything upgraded I was disappointed until I added the inline alpine amp, it wAs definitely worth the money

Thanks for tips and feedback. I'm working with low budget so just thinking of simple replacement so far.
