Good morning, y'all. I've got a 1998 TJ sport 5mt that I installed OME HD springs, Rancho 5000 shocks, and ome rear track bar relocation bracket on in January 2019. When weight transfers front/rear or side/side on the Jeep, I can hear a popping noise. Pretty sure it is springs in the cups, but I intend to verify this weekend that they were indexed correctly when I installed them. Anyone experienced this issue? Are there suggestions on other items to check while I'm under there?

Thanks,
John

Make sure your front springs aren't rubbing here,

Did u install bump stop extensions on the cup side? If so I have the same issue. The way to fix that is to get bump stops for the front that mount on the axle side instead of doing extensions on the top.

Check torque on the control arms. I have had noises while turning or accelerating and its always been the issue in my case.

Sway bar links. If they go bad they can make that sound when moving around. Recently had to do mine. The ball joint was no longer seated in the joint

No bump stop extensions yet, but thanks for the tip.
