Swap 1998 4.0 manual for automatic. How expensive?

My spreadsheet is up to about $2200 for a 32rh junkyard swap. Biggest costs so far include a new PCM ($550+), trans cooler ($300) and a rebuild kit ($215+).

Probably a new torque converter if the unit doesn’t come with one. So it’s probably a rebuilt kit + TC or neither, in my experience.

Yeah a new TC is in my list at $228. Sucker isn't cheap either.
