It's been a few years since I installed this thing. i am trying to take it off to fix my front drive shaft. I cannot remember how to get the screws down the middle unbolted so I can get this thing off. Help please!

Unbolt the rear stiffener and remove it. Reach under the transfer case to put a wrench on the nuts along the crossmember. Unbolt the skid.

Use a #4 Phillips bit and use an impact driver to avoid stripping the Phillips bolt heads. Anything else is too small.

it’s possible to leave the skid on when removing the front driveshaft. Reach between the tub and above the frame rail with a 1/4” drive ratchet to get to the yoke bolts at the transfer case.
