I got this noise coming from the engine bay, I don't think it's the belt or the idle bearing cuz I replaced both of those relatively recently, anyone have ideas what this is? It's the noise that almost sounds like a hissing noise, it's not constant and it's not really and squeal it's just like a hiss.

Dang, sorry, thought I had attached the video clip to my original post. This is the noise.
Really hard to tell from the video but you can rule out the tensioner system by spraying some WD-40 or similar on the belt and pulleys as it's spinning to see if it goes way.
