Terraflex megashort SYE opinions

What are the pros and cons of this SYE? I can get one for what seems like a good deal.

How tall is your lift? Do you actually need a megashort or is a standard SYE (like I installed on my previous TJ) enough? Not to mention you'll need an electronic speedometer calibrator if you go with a megashort, they eliminate the speedometer gear.

Pros--longer driveshaft.
Cons--$50-140 extra expense for a speedometer calibrator

Not as good as the JB conversions but the couple I have installed have worked fine.

I don’t have any lift yet, I’m thinking a 2.5” lift and a tummy tuck sometime down the road. For $80 I thought I’d put it in a drawer till I need it.

BTW, it’s used and the seller says that it’s a 23 spline.
