Pulled my carrier to replace seals when installing my new Ten Factory axles. Paid close attention to shims, had some help from the wife hammering in the long side seals. Got it all back together using the toothpick trick to hold open the locker switch. No issues really, Other than having to beat the pre-assembled axles a little to get the cap clips fully seated, and having to tap the long side axle into the carrier, less taper on these than the factory axles. Was looking forward to a drive in the Jeep this weekend, but found a caliper bolt stripped when putting the driver side brakes back on. Ordered a kit from Mr.Blaine rather than use a helicoil, don't like them in through holes, nothing to bottom out against.
I also think I found my steering "wander" issue. Looks like the rear track bar bushing are worn. It already has a track bar relocation bracket installed. Any recommendation for a decent track bar, or should I just buy new bushings?
