Well, im back in these forums.

Had a previously well built 03 TJR, sold it with some regret but got good money for it. Bought a JK and still have it currently, its well built also I think and plans were to go JKU with my growing family eventually.

Now for the LJ, I’d pass it driving every now and again and stopped one day and talked to the guy. Hes had it since 2012, never winter driven. Clean LJR, hard to find in Canada. Not the best timing in my life to purchase it but I dont see many more opportunities for this. Also this jeep has never been offroad, not a scratch underneath

Now the jeep, 2006 LJ rubicon 6spd
148000km
Mods as purchased
Ugly front bumper (its going)
currie control arms
Rock krawler trackbars
Rugged ridge steering
4.88 gears
35 km3
Bushwacker fenders
Chromo shafts F/R

Im not sure exactly what my plan is, sell the JK and go all in on this. Keep the Jk for offroad and clean the LJ up and use it for “sunday” drives. I dont have time to wheel much anymore so keeping both seems silly, could sell the LJ too after enjoying it a few years.

Did new wheels and stock bumper to clean it up a little bit. Spent a few hours detailing it, paint touch ups, clay bar, buffing/wax

Debating on which route to take it. Leave it stockish or ideally my vision is

JL axles, rock krawler flat belly long arm, supporting stuff like psc, aluminum tub armour, aluminum highlines, coilovers
