Thunderer Trac Grip MT Tires

For me it's all about the void. If you need a high void mud terrain tire than go for it. If you care about on-road performance and noise when you are on the highway then these probably aren't the tire for you. These are cheap mud terrain tires, they have a pretty good pattern but not extremely high void so they wont be great but pretty good. Better than any AT on the trail that's for sure. Worse than any AT on the road that's for sure.

They look like they would burn for a good while.

Has anyone tried this brand of tire? A friend manages a tire shop here and recommended them. He runs them on his TJ’s.
I had a set of their AT’s on my old Silverado no complaints. Buddy put a set of MT’s on a Durango and didn’t have any complaints aside from tough to balance. Once they were though no issues.

As with many cheaper tires they can be good of bad, consistency between batches is the issue. My buddy and I were lucky and got tires from a good batch, cross your fingers and hope you do too
