So I pulled my front DS, NO vibes AT ALL ! Got it up to 80 mph, smooth as silk. So, I either need to see if I can rebalance it or just go in on a new TW DS.

TW is great just because they will take care of you for life. But, if you have a DS shop near you its likely only $90 or so to have rebalanced vs the cost of a new shaft.

Ship your DS to Tom Woods and have them put all new Spicer ujoints, center
ing yoke kit, and have them balance it. It's what I did when I was chasing the debil. Fed Ex is generally cheapest. think I paid $45 to ship it to them.

We headed up the M2 early.
Snow was hit and miss but low at 2000 feet. We did a lot of off shoot roads just breaking trail.
Then headed up, they are logging just before Cold Springs so it was cleared.
We took 24N22 down where they are logging, Big Stump down to Berry Creek

So we threw some shit in the Jeep and head up to the mountains this morning up the M-4.
Fuck it was a good day with my woman. Hit Log Springs then Sugar Springs which is closed cause of the Mendocino complex fire

Drove to Grindstone camp but then doubled back to our secret spot on Grindstone creek.

Best freaking stew ever.
I’ll post more of what my wife sends me/ approves of

Christmas tree run. Up the F7 via Newvile Road and 306 rattlesnake ridge memorial

Then up the F7 to Long Point. We jeeped down as far as we could before a wash out.

Then continued on and it became a nightmare.
Hit the gravel on the F7 and headed up to Board Tree Camp on the 312.
passed 15 white Ford/Chevy pickups coming down.
Pulled off over a berm .
A Twig pig/ pine cone cop drove pass us and then stoped/ reversed (that’s never good)
It was a wired LE encounter on a few levels but hey,
Got our tree

Up the M-4
Made it 5 miles past Bear camp before Mrs. Jiminy cricket asked me to turn around. About 4-5 inches of nice fluff ( Log Spring is 12 miles past )
before we turned back to Bear camp to chill.

Canyon is 6 foot and 250 lbs. (turned 16 years old today )
Dane isn’t far behind (14 years old )
I quit spanking them about 5 years ago and I’m glad I did.
They still “think” I could kick their ass but that’s not the reality unless it’s an actual fight as they haven’t ever been punched in the face; I have lol
