If you're tinting a TJ, it's super simple to do yourself. You can even pop the doors off and do them inside.

Anything with a curved or complex window, not good for a first attempt.

You can order your tint precut too if you want it really easy and are willing to spend a bit more

Interesting, I looked at another place that does precut and they sell 86% as the highest light transmission but they don't offer that in the precut. Somebody may.

haha naw i wouldnt go to one of them. called the best shop in town apparently they are waiting on product from xpel to come in. so its a waiting game at this point. the joys of living on an island.

I have heard from various people the good tints are feast or famine over the last several months.

I agree. My wife and I got ran off the road a few months back by a guy in a brand new Chevy Silverado with the limo tint on his windows. He pulled out on a two lane highway right when we were about to pass him. Thank God I still have some of my motocross racing reflexes. I believe he couldn't see us with tint that dark at 6am in the morning. She had me catch up with him so she could roll down the window and flip him off. She yelled, "can you see this Muther F#%Ker." I have no idea why I'm with a person with such a bad attitude.

I hate dark houses and I hate dark cars on the inside.

I'll take my non tinted windows with both hands on the steering wheel when they walk up,thank you very much.

Getting shot isn't on my to do list. Hands on the wheel and being polite and respectful goes a long way to having a civil and sometimes pleasant conversation with cops.

There have been times when a speeding ticket turned into popping the hood and a hot rodding discussion instead.

I'm of the same mind.

Neighbors are far enough away that no-one can see in.
The girls have no idea what they are trying to hide from. I try to avoid the conversation. I just open everything up.. they close everything. And this goes on endlessly. We don't talk about it.

I like my rooms pitch black at night, I even have those old roll down shades on my bedroom windows. TV room is always dark, wife hates it. IT is AC time so all windows are closed.

We live in a log home in the mountains. Our closest neighbor is half a mile away. Tall windows in all directions. We don't even have curtains anywhere in the house! Windows are open anytime weather permits. The only peeping toms we have are deers. None of the bears are interested in peeping either!

Well, there is that occasional squirrel, a snake on the deck, and lots of birds. But, I don't think the deers and bears are on speaking terms!
