I have 33x12.5 on my TJ with a 4” lift. The tires are 11 years old and need to be replaced. I’m considering going to 33x10.5. I’ll probably get ko2’s because I like them a lot on my truck. My Jeep is a pavement princess during the week and then in the spring/summer months we will do some trails, etc. no crazy rock crawling😉. I’m thinking the 10.5 width will improve road driving. Anyone have experience going from 12.5 to 10.5 width on 33’s. Thanks

I did just that with my current KO2s. Went from 12.5 MTRs to 10.5 KO2s and I’m glad I did. You will notice a definite difference. With your intended use, I think you’ll be happy with the switch.

Again..
A 12.5 will grab more of the uneven surfaces of the asphalt.

A 10.5 not as much.

Wider is better off road in deep mud and or snow.

Hard packed snow and ice thinner is better.

Appearance...only you can decide that.
