Tire advice

I have 33x12.5 on my TJ with a 4” lift. The tires are 11 years old and need to be replaced. I’m considering going to 33x10.5. I’ll probably get ko2’s because I like them a lot on my truck. My Jeep is a pavement princess during the week and then in the spring/summer months we will do some trails, etc. no crazy rock crawling. I’m thinking the 10.5 width will improve road driving. Anyone have experience going from 12.5 to 10.5 width on 33’s. Thanks

I did just that with my current KO2s. Went from 12.5 MTRs to 10.5 KO2s and I’m glad I did. You will notice a definite difference. With your intended use, I think you’ll be happy with the switch.

Again..
A 12.5 will grab more of the uneven surfaces of the asphalt.

A 10.5 not as much.

Wider is better off road in deep mud and or snow.

Hard packed snow and ice thinner is better.

Appearance...only you can decide that.
