Tire carrier that swings with tailgate

Are there any bumper tire carriers for the TJ that swing with the tailgate. There are a few different ones for the JK, which is where I've seen it. I'm not talking about an exogate setup where the tailgate is holding the tire.

X2 ^^^ I like mine.

Not hard to install, nor adjust for proper fitment.

The only thing that I would say is during the install (because I have made this mistake twice now)- fit the upper body/ roll bar mount support in place then drill the holes through the tub, so that they line up...
 
I believe MOR makes one too, now but I have no experience with that (nor cost info).
