TJ bump stop front and rear rusted

Hey everyone, Just picked up a new to me 97 TJ and bought it knowing of some issues. This is the biggest one for me as I'm not sure if this is replaceable or if I'm gonna need someone to fabricate a whole new assembly. I attached some pictures below. Please let me know if you've seen anything like it and what you did! Thanks in advance.

Those metal cups that hold the jounces in are replaceable. You can probably drill and tap the mount. With that kind of rust though I fear what the rest of the underside looks like. Good luck!
