TJ Front Inner Fender Liner

Dumb question, or I am just dumb. Is this how the inner fender liners in the front are supposed to be installed where half is on the outside of the frame and the other half is on the inside? They just seem off that way, but this is the only way they want to fit. Like I said dumb question, but just double checking before I put the rest of the front on.

Yes. If they are factory style. Half in on the front & half out on the rear of the bottom of liner. Just like you have them.
