So a couple weeks ago I left my lights on and battery died. After a good overnight charge all was good. A couple of days it had issues not starting again, slow turn over. Again would not jump but charging overnight worked. Was driving stopped and turned the Jeep off and would not start, no gauges on dash when I turned the key but I could turn the key back and had Acc power, radio and dome light would turn on. Tried to jump it and nothing, pushed it and got it to start. Went to Advance they tested the battery and replaced it for free, still under warranty, finally a win for me. Well a week later and yesterday same thing when I went to start it, no gauges on dash and not even a click when I turned the key. Turn the key back and have ACC power, radio and dome light works. Pushed it Very slow on the flat driveway and was able to start it popping the clutch while turning the key. Need help in what to look at now, Starter? Key cylinder or what.

Harbor freight has a toaster style battery tester for twenty bucks. I check all my batteries and try to keep an idea of their health. Sometimes I get it right and replace them before they go out. The newer computer controlled cars go nuts when the battery is low. Our jeeps do too.

I'm having the same issue but if I cycle the ignition several times, it will eventually start running. When the ignition is on and gauges not working, do you hear the fuel pump constantly running?

I do not. I stuck my head out to see if I could hear it but couldn't. I have ordered the ignition module and starting module and will replace both this weekend.

Check cables to battery, starter, and alternator for tightness. Are these cables frayed or corroded? If so, replace them.
