TJ Seat covers

I run top down a lot, and get rained on. In my YJ with vinyl seats that wass not a problem. It is a problem for the TJ with Cloth seats. Lookang at seat covers in the catalogs, they say water resistent, etc. but not waterproof.
Does anyone know of covers that are water proof, and are dry as soon as wiped off?

On the same subject, the YJ dashboard was never a problem getting rained on.
Has anyone had trouble with a TJ dashboard exposed to the rain?

They are the IGGEE seat covers, and they are so damn good that you wouldn't even know it's a seat cover, it looks like a factory upholstery, that's how good they fit. You'll find that these IGGEE seat covers and the Bartact ones are the most popular seat covers for our TJs. The IGGEEs I linked to are vinyl, and when mine have been rained on, it wipes right off without any issue. So, they are waterproof for the most part!

Bartact claims they are waterproof fabric, just not waterproof where the seams are, of course (same can be said of oem vinyl seats). Very nice covers, the best I have had personally.

I actually dig those Iggees. But do they have pockets? And not sure how I feel about sticky, hot pleather.

I've been caught in numerous rainstorms since I put in my Bartact covers and they've held up great. Here's the best video I've found validating their claims:

I have the trek armor (their name before they changed to bartact) seat covers right now. I like the pockets and M.O.L.E. on the back. They are durable too. They are definetly ok to get wet but you cannot wipe the water off. It just soaks into the seat cover. I bought them used so they were used on another jeep for who knows how long and there are no signs of color fading. Haven't had any issues with them since we have had them. Install is easy too. My only complaint is that they are a dog hair attractant lol. I have a boxer who has short hair and if I don't put something over the seat before she gets in I'll be trying to vacuum and pick hair out of the seats for a week lol.

I've been looking at the IGGEE's that chris has stated above. Because I like the idea of just wiping water and/or dog hair off. That's also why I went with the bed tred (makes the keep look brand new too ). I just found 2 front buckets and a rear back seat for $175 on Craigslist and I think they have these covers on them. I figured for $175 (or less if I can haggle him down) I should be able to sell my current seats and probably get my money back. The guy told me the seat covers are brand new. He took them out of his jeep day one and put some five point harness seats in and he isn't running a backseat. I'm going to take them to a buddy of mine and have them cut the M.O.L.E. out of my trek armor (bartact) and put it on the back of these. That and he'll add foam where nessicary as well as make sure the seat covers are on like they should be.
