It may have helped but the intermittent vibes never completely went away. I would probably look elsewhere for issues.
Since then I found that I had a vacuum leak through my throttle body’s butterfly valve, I had a wiring issue with an 02 sensor, and I recently dialed in my cam/crank difference. I also heat wrapped the fuel line, rail, and injectors.
Tbh. I’d probably look at items like that before bumping up idle.
