Toyota on Steel vs Alloy

Interesting. I think Jerry has made good argument for Aluminum in the past, but as someone in a heavy winter state, this may swing me over towards going steel when I finally upgrade.
 
I only run aluminum, but I also don't live in a place where we get heavy winters.
 
The reasons and benefits listed are not enough to convince me to go buy a set of steelies.
