My first major leak was fixed with a new passenger side door gasket. Now all water coming in comes from the rear and migrates forward. I took the rear carpet out to better understand where it's coming from.

What I find now is that water is somehow coming down the soft side bars and dripping onto the rear wheel wells. Both sides. From there is can puddle behind the front seats, or all over the bed area depending on slope.

The top is a QuadraTop over a factory frame, I believe. (bought it like this) It's visually in great condition.

Has anyone had good luck with seam sealer or tent tape on the inside seams? Or what should I do to stop this leak?

Unless you know for a fact where it’s coming in from, I’d suggest removing the seat and lay down near the suspected entry point and have someone on the outside spray a little water from a hose over that side of the Jeep.

The water is definitely coming down from the rear bow, running down the side bars, dripping on the wheel wells. There is a seam that runs across the top where the rear bar supports the top

seam sealer for tents may help- its been used for years in these.
