Yes it can be removed. I don’t do much off roading so i can’t speak to the rattling in that situation. It doesn’t at the mall

I believe I have what you might be looking for. It’s got some scuffs from rocks but that’s about it. I’m in Atlanta as well (up by truist park) I’d like to take a look at it in person but I could be down to trade.

I’m not sure what my bumper cost new but I would be willing to sell it for enough to get a decent rear bumper for mine.
