Transfer Case Linkage Issues

Guys,

Two issues-

First is it seems like my transfer case linkage isn't connected properly to the body mount see picture below, is it my correct thinking that I need a drop plate or something similar, as it is the bar will not fit in that hole right now, because it will be out of alignment. I took out the bar from the t-case to the linkage assembly, other than the first issue, does everything else look good?

Second issue is I have what looks to be a speed senor picture below, I'm guessing an aftermarket one has been installed and this one just left hanging, just wanted confirmation on that.

Hmm, interesting, Thanks. Took the skid plate off, need to pull the T-case due to a leak, and the linkage was very wobbly, and looked out of position.

The T-case doesn't shift very well.

The skid holds the transmission and transfer case up.
Hard to say what's not connected correctly without it in place.
The linkage should work and still stay connected even if it's misaligned.
However, they do make a drop bracket if you have a body lift.

Personally I'd buy a Stienjager or Saavy cable shifter and save your sanity.
