I'm upgrading to the Savvy in January-February. My understanding is that
@mrblaine made some modifications to the Novak that make it superior. What those modifications are, I don't know. I've never compared the two side-by-side. Curious minds would like to know.

"Not sure. When Savvy introduced the Under Armor, a shifter cable solution was desirable so Novak was contacted and a wholesale account was set up to purchase and supply their product.
I ran into several problems doing installs and with Gerald's permission, contacted Novak, outlined the issues, gave them the fixes for them, and suggested in a very nice way that all of us could benefit if they were implemented.
The holes in the tub mount didn't align with the holes in the tub which cause tub drilling on several installs.
The angles on the tub mount tabs were bent wrong to line up the cable with the floor shifter.
The flange washer was wrong for depth of the recess in the depressions in the shift levers.
Novak essentially told me to piss off.
Right after that, Gerald's orders went on extended back order.
Gerald asked me to fix the problems and design a cable shifter for Savvy that included all the fixes. He was still on back order when the first batch was produced. Novak was and likely still is butthurt but it looks like they still have unresolved issues 6 years later. In fairness, Gerald didn't want to be in the cable shifter business. He just wanted to buy and sell them to his customers."
I have no knowledge as to whether Novak ever addressed those issues with their cable shifter...
