Turn signal and fuse keeps popping

Thanks.
The Diode Dynamics EP27 is not readily available here in Canada.
I can easily get a Novita LM470 which i saw recommended on other posting .... any concerns with this one? am I comparing apples to Apples?

I reached out to an LED reseller who sells Relays and resistors to fix hyperflashing.
They confirm it is an either-or type fix, but not both. With the correct flasher, resistors are not needed.
The resistors are used in new cars that don't have a traditional replaceable flasher relay.

I wish I could think as hard as you do in your profile picture. Maybe then I could have an answer.

Final update.. sucess!!! The Novita LM470 works perfectly. The resistors have been removed and all connection propery re-soldered.

I am back on the road with working lights. Thanks for all the advice.
