Turn signals blinking faster than normal

I’m not sure if this is been coverEd but I’m new to this whole thing. I recently changed my turn signals and brake lights out from the stock to led lights. All my lights work but my turn signals flash faster than normal now. I know that usually means that there is a light blown but I double checked all my lights and they work properly except for the turns signal lights. When I test my hazards they normally like the stock lights would. I need help.

LEDs have such a low current draw it makes your ECU think the light is blown, triggering the fast blinker.

For my '99 with LED headlights, replacing the relay with the suggested one (EP27) did not work. This solution, which is free by the way, did work: .

After digging into this, I found that not all the TJ have the same relay, in the same place. I'm a new owner, so not an expert, but I'm guessing the change happened with the mid '99 changes? Anyway, with my early '99, this link is what I needed to fix my fast blinker due to LED headlights.
