I ended up removing this after a test drive and going back with modified stock mount. It was installed for less than an hour and painted black. Other than that it is like new. I will let it go for half of what a new one costs, plus shipping if not local.

Which one is it? The 97-02 or the 03-06?
 
Here is a pic. Sorry about the dust and dirt. Been sitting on the garage shelf for a long time. Tape is there to hold the spacer in alignment long enough to get the bolts started when I first installed it.
