Urgent help needed for e-brake!!!

Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to turn my TJ in to the vpc to ship it to Hawaii and they failed it because my e-brake won’t hold in first gear at 1000rpm. My ebrake is however strong enough to hold on hills and was recently adjusted. Any advice on how to fix or get around this?

For short term adjust the rear star wheels to create a stiff drag and that should do the trick.

Sounds like the vpc (whatever that stand for besides virtual private cloud I just found by googling) doesn't know that thing is a parking brake not an emergency brake. At least that's what my owners manual calls it, and who the HELL has ever been in an emergency at the speed of 1000 F-ing rpms in any vehicle.

For short term adjust the rear star wheel drag to the max and that should do the trick.

This is the dumbest thing I've heard in quite some time. Do they realize that vehicles are geared differently and the torque at 1000 RPMs would be far different on different vehicles.
