Vent windows - anyone else miss them?

I love vent windows. A lot of people refer to them as wing windows around here.

My F350 has them, and I almost always have them open. You can deflect wind noise with them when you have the windows down, or you can ram the air into the cab for maximum airflow.

I wish cars still had them.

I use Weather Tech, you can roll the window down a couple inches without getting wet. There a PITA to install, but I didn't want to stick anything on the paint.

Those window sills are cool, but they don't function like the vent/wing windows. When I smoked in my cars and it was rining I could just flick the cigarette without worrying about getting wet, regardless of speed or rain volume. I do miss the air flow both of them opened provided on hot days as well as to clear the windshield quickly

One big reason I love my 96 F150 is having vent windows. Perfect for those transitional times of the year when it doesn't know if it's hot or cold outside. No problemo, crack the vent window and go.
