OP
Set up my front control arms over the weekend and installed a new track bar. Bumpstops are pretty close to being centered at full bump. Tires fit in the wheel well nicely and shocks are not bottoming out.
Axles are squared to each other spot on. By an angle finder on the front diff my caster is about 6*. Going to take it out tonight and check for vibes and see if I need to adjust front pinion angle. The rear is within a degree with a digital angle finder.
Going to also get new tires tomorrow and a alignment. So hopefully al this will solve my vibration. It seems like a harmonic vibration but I hope that new tires and pinion angle will fix it before I start thinking of new front drive shaft.
One more question. Going to the mountains from Charlotte next weekend and I'm either going to be right at or a little over my 500 miles for my new gears. Should I change the fluid before I go or since I have at least 350 miles before I hit 500 should I wait and change it after I get back. It shouldn't be much over 500. Maybe 50 miles or so
Thanks
