I would really appreciate some help here.

I bought my 06 Unlimited Rubicon with a skyjacker lift on it. The lift plus spacers is just over 5 inches of suspension lift. The Jeep came to me with the skyjacker transfer case drop and skyjacker fixed length lower control arms (stock uppers). I have replaced all control arms with Savvy adjustable but they are simply set to the same length as the arm it replaced. My eventual plan is to lower the SL to 4 inches and add a Savvy 1.25 BL/MML but the current lift setup is working fine for me. I recently took out the transfer case drop with no problems. Yesterday I installed a UCF extra clearance skid (the middle one) but with a 1 inch drop at the transfer case. My thought was that the tub-transfer case orientation would be the same as having a 1.25 BL and no transfer case drop, a configuration I plan to have in the future. Took it for a test drive and I have slight vibrations mostly when accelerating in second and third gear. The vibration sensation may be exaggerated by the fact I am driving with tools rolling around the passenger floorboard, no carpet, console, or inner shift boot for the manual transmission. I had always thought that with adjustable control arms I could adjust the pinion angle to eliminate the vibrations but some threads I have been reading through lead me to believe a DC driveshaft is required to use adjustable control arms to adjust pinion angle in order to reduce vibrations caused by suspension lift or tummy tuck.

Can I use my control arms to adjust the vibration of out my stock driveshaft?

I'm not concerned over the cost of a new driveshaft at all but because I plan further suspension changes I would like to avoid that now because I dont know if the length will be right.

Get a DC driveshaft then adjust your arms to point the pinion at the same angle as the driveshaft. If you want to do it right then get the rig setup the way you want it, then measure for the new driveshaft then order it. This means getting your lift the height you want and ditching the Tcase drop. You may need a body lift to fit your tcase when you ditch the drop.

Hey Viking, I see you never really got your answer. I also have an 06 Unlimited Rubicon with a skyjacker lift on it-sounds just like yours only mine is 4”. I also now have adjustable CAs, and want to remove my TC spacer and adjust the pinion angle with an OEM drive shaft.
Did you end up doing that?

I did not get new driveshaft but was able to smooth out the vibrations by adjusting the lower control arms longer. This also helped move the rear axle back some in the wheel well.
