I am trying to identify the source of a clunk that I hear only when accelerating in 1st from idle. I can avoid it if I accelerate very slowly but I can't for the life of me track it down.

All new control arms that are tightened, new motor mounts, new transmission mount. I haven't yet checked the exhaust but will this weekend.

I occasionally see video of the undercarriage while driving but have not been able to successfully search for how that is done. Does anyone know of an inexpensive way to record such a video?

I took the below death wobble video with a GoPro that I was able to clip to the bottom side lip of the front bumper.

Magnetic mount for a go pro. I usually zip tie a safety to something.

Some bore scopes will focus enough you could tape one into position.

USB web cam taped into position...did that in the 90s.

Also new u-joints in both driveshafts. Could bad axle u-joints cause such a clunk?

Pull the drive shaft remove and lube the slip yoke. Mark the two pieces so you get it indexed right going back together.
