Just purchased a brand new Warn Rock Crawler Stubby Front Bumper, problem is that the bottom lip of the bumper is dead even with the frame and won’t fit over. Has anyone else had this problem? Wondering if I can bend the bottom lip of the bumper down about a 1/4” to make it fit.

He's not all that bad, at least he turned it sideways!
Bend the hell out of it and make it a tolerance fit 
Just makre sure you love that bumper cause it'll be a pain to take off lol
Or get a replacement cause that's some BS,Id expect better quality from warn,Jokes aside you could hammer it but you shouldn't.....it should just slide on&bolt on.
My smittybity was a tight fit but that was cause the powdercoat was on thick so i just sanded it down some and it slid righ on,That and i had a fresh coat of paint on my frame.

Did they ever put the notch in them so you can adjust the steering box with out removing the bumper?
Yep, someone missed a number and used same face to same face instead of ID.
