Weird Idling?

So very recently my Jeep has been idling really weird. One weird thing is that when im in park and have the ac or heat on the rpms will go between 1000 and 1250. It stays at 1000 for a few seconds then up to around 12500 for a few seconds and then back down. Another weird thing that happens is whenever I am in reverse it always idling really high like I have to really put the breaks on so it doesn't launch back when I put it into reverse. Any ideas on this??

I did that about 7 months ago and checked it last week and cleaned it again for good measure.

Might be worth checking for vacuum leaks as well. Usually all the idle issues I see are either related to vacuum leaks or a dirty IAC valve / throttle body.
