Finally got warm enough here to make stickers stick...so I cleaned the crap out of the underside of the hood and stuck away.
Then took the Jeep into town for a Dorman oil cooler for the wife's JK and then out into the woods into BLM land to scout an RV they want to pay me and my neighbor to dismantle and dispose. We volunteer to remove a lot of them... apparently they have so many they're willing to pay good money to accelerate the process.

Way better than the whole hood louver I have had for about 2 years and still have not gotten the guts to cut up my hood.
If you don't cut the hood they are useless.
You already drilled through it... go for the cuts!!
That Roadkill sticker.
Was time to do the post-winter polishing of the ProComps. Used the full Flitz line which, given the numerous products I have tried over many years of various polished aluminum wheels, seems to be the best and easiest.
Before and after...

Followed @Woodrow and went center-capless and switched to black Gorilla locks all around.
Also had a chance to install the steering wheel I had reskinned by Chris at LeatherGoods.com. He was great to work with. On a scale of 1:10 I give the wheel an 8. It's wider grip feels fantastic (had him do 4.25" circumference all the way around the wheel). The leather is nice enough. Stitching is far better than I would have done, I'm sure.
Why not a 10? It's it bit shinier than the boot and armrest I got from Redline, and a bordering on squishy with the added padding.

I still have the original wheel which is in great condition, and the RedlineGoods wheel wrap which matches the boot and armrest perfectly. I may take my time with trying to reskin the OE wheel.. or not.

I ALSO NEED TO REPLACE. THIS BRACKET. DO YOU HAVE A DRAWING?Lower control arm brackets to replace the Artecs
Your Savvy decal didn't stick?
I’ve got to do my summer wheel polishing too, do you do yours by hand or have you found some kind of power tool that works well? I’ve tried the polishing balls that you use with a drill and don’t think they work well. Kills my fingers doing them all by hand though.

I used to hate polishing my aluminum wheels. They blinded drivers when I got done with them.

Wrong color for him. He's jealous of my other Jeep's hood.
