What did you do to your TJ today?

Rear track bar bracket broke off the axle so I brought it to a shop to get welded back together as I don’t trust my skills in that department. After it and my front sway bar bracket were re-welded it drives like a brand new jeep.

Ok to day was a drive out along Arthurs pass… this road connects the east and West Coast’s of the south Island..

I am still using the 13" Sillblades on my LJR that I bought in 2004! 20 yrs of So TX run didn't hurt them. Now I'm in No GA where we had flurries this year. I wish the windshield was holding up as well as the Sillblades.

I finally caved in and replaced the windshield. I ran a quote with Safelite Glass and left it open.. "in cart" so to speak. A few days later they emailed me with a $45 discount code. My credit card had another 10% off if I paid with the card. I think it ended up being $145 total. So worth it, especially when driving into the sun. No more sparkling and glare. Just do it.

Finally!!!!!!!! Beautiful pictures.

Boog is correct!!!!!

Another slow day, ordered some new spark plugs as I reckon those in it are at least 10+ years old ( my dad bought this car and just used and abused it).

New leads worth getting and if so which ones?

I’ve had ‘live wires’ on mine for about 8 years… thicker the most and well insulated.
Quick question from the left field… are you in Adelaide?

Perth, been to Adelaide a fair few times for tarmac rallying though. Beautiful part of Aus

Will look into those live wires thank you

Ok… only ask as I bumped into a guy here in New Zealand who was from Adelaide…. He said he belonged to a TJ only forum and club in Australia…. As well as being a member on here.
I forgot to ask his name though…doh!!
