This TJ got new Noico 80ml sound dampening treatment and a UCF engine skid plate. Appointment was made for SYE, DD driveshaft and UCF Ultra High-Clearance skid install to complete tummy tuck project.
It’s a long cargo box I cut down to fit. Not sure of the brand, I picked it up used.
I drove it to the pool yesterday, I have very much enjoyed taking the last several weeks “off” to just enjoy my Jeep. I spent the better part of a year cussing over it, figured it was time for a break!
I need to get some flares like yours. How do you like them?
Love them, Amazon special for $179. Look good, fit well, and seem pretty damn sturdy.
Those are the ones, meant to put the name in. I went and bought stainless hardware so they wouldn’t rust. I didn’t like my previous flares, the new ones don’t cover the tire completely which I like the more aggressive look
No, but they will look good. However, I like the stock flares on yours! I don’t think they would give me enough clearance

No wonder they look so good, mine have to be some aftermarket the previous own put on because mine have a slight concave on the backs? Or is this normal for their other stock flares?Thanks. They are stock Rubicon flares.
See how mine bow in slightly on back, this really messes with my OCD too? lol
I bought some Rugged Ridge flares that did the same thing. I had them on my shiny 98' Jeep.

Looks like you did an angle cut on the front bumper. Looks good. Did you use the covers as well?

Looks so much better with the black grill I think, just adds something to it!
I actually contemplated painting mine black too, but was afraid I wouldn't like it so chickened out and played it safe with the black inserts. lol
