I'll start...

I paid 14k for mine 2 years ago. It had 80k miles and was rust free inside and out.

I paid $19,500 for mine. 2005 Rubicon, 70k miles, 100% rust free.

That's the going rate for a nice and clean Rubicon in the PNW.
