What Jeep mods will you be doing with your government stimulus cash?

According to my understanding; yesterday the US government passed a stimulus bill that would provide $1200 bucks to citizens.

What mods would you jump on with an extra 1200 bucks?

Well if we get what they say, $2400. for a married couple. I plan on getting a new iMac and also the adjustable track bars that I need for my 2 inch lift. :D I told my husband that I was going to do that and he say's "you should save it because you never know what is going to happened". I said, I will save it until things go back to usual, then I'm buying my computer and bars. LOL

We'll qualify for it since my wife doesn't work and we file jointly.

Do you know if they're still planning to give $500 for each child? If so, we'd get $3900, which wouldn't be bad at all.

Maybe I can use this money to find another Jeep 😲
I do believe it's 500 per child.

Fortunately, I got a little time before making a solid decision on my SYE vs SSYE and want to lift more to accommodate my 35” tires

Since I’ve been buying Jeep parts left and right this year and last, I think I’ll hold off. I am thinking of a roof top tent for my 4Runner though.

Finally, a government that liquidates the savings and assets of the wealthy through inflation and gives me a bag of cash.

A giant bag of cash is all I ever wanted since I was a small boy. And president Donald Trump made my boyhood dream at long last come true!...

I am giddy thinking of all the BOOMERS! on these here jeep forums posting up their sweet tj stuff for sale so they can continue to fund their retirement.

Jk, lol. (That means "justkidding" and "laughoutloud")
That would be a tragedy.

PM me if you need grief counseling during these times of transition into the new economy... where you watch your savings evaporate right before your very eyes. Also I'm still working so I'm gonna have POSITIVE CASH FLOW!...

Those with:
1. Tummy tuck skid systems
2. Sweet lightweight high clearance bumpers
3. Rocker guards
4. Various high quality tj/offroad performance parts

in his possession, will gain preference in my grief counseling services queue.

None will be turned away... some will be lol'd at tho.

What was the question??

Oh yea, I've been sourcing parts for purchase to refresh my cooling system. Fun and exciting stuff.

At 140k I'd say it's about time to do preemptive maintenance.

Also, I recommend you buy NOW.

Price of everything is going to increase... so dont wait for the $1200. Because when you get it, may only be worth $1000 of today's dollars.

Inflation takes a bit of time to set in, but the point is valid. Don't throw that money in savings for sure.

My hedge against inflation is paycheck to paycheck living and massive debt, lol.
