What part do I need?

Hi everyone! I just bought my 2004 TJ Rubicon. I knew from the test drive that it was missing a part to hold the shifter boot in place. I installed a new shifter bezel but that is clearly not the only part missing. What do I need?

Thanks, I already installed that part but it still doesn't stay in place. The shift boot has a bezel in that picture.

if you already have the plastic bezel then that's all you need. Are you sure you are installing it correctly? If I recall there are notches that go in then snap it down. I would also check to make sure the console top isn't damaged

Might be silly, but it is directional. Make sure it's going the right way.

EDIT: i have a 2001, newer one's might not be directional.

the 04 lower shift boot is unobtanium

That could be the problem. It does look like some plastic may be broken where it should snap in

ohhh. yup, the back lip is missing.

I'll try to come up with a DIY fix before replacing the whole console.
